After years of waiting, Malka is Eyal Shani’s first kosher restaurant in the United States, bringing the colors and flavors of Israeli cuisine in a non-dairy format and putting olive oil in center stage. The restaurant offers two floors, including an open kitchen with a bar and an upper level with indoor and outdoor event spaces. Malka's kitchen prepares everything in-house, and the menu frequently changes to reflect what’s fresh and new daily. The menu features fresh, seasonal vegetables paired with larger fish, poultry, and meat dishes designed to share.
