Join us on Wed, September 18th as we celebrate Chuseok, a celebratory time that marks the beginning of Fall! We'll be highlighting our take on a few traditional dishes for this cooler weather like savory mung bean pancakes, our annual soy-braised short rib followed by honey barley ice cream topped with sweet sesame cookies. And, pair it all with delicious Makgeolli, a traditionally brewed Korean sparkling rice wine - a creamy and zippy brew with floral and melon notes. Come enjoy this Fall feast!
