Our mission has always been to create and prepare 'from scratch' cooking, and nowhere is that better exemplified than in the preparation of fresh pasta, inspired by the flavors of Texas and the culinary techniques of Italy. Chase Sapphire Dinner at Pasta|Bar
This exclusive Chase Sapphire Reserve experience, will start at 1017 E. 6th Street where you will be greeted by our friendly maitre d', and treated to a delicious tipple before venturing to the kitchen to sit down for dinner with our team of chefs.This Pasta|Bar experience is $450 per person, which includes the full tasting menu and the Sommelier's Wine Pairing featuring premium and vintage wines. Your evening will conclude with a flight of digestifs in the parlor. A 20% service charge is added upon booking. This experience is available for advanced purchase for cardholders only, through the Chase Sapphire Ultimate Rewards member portal. For non-cardmembers, please check back 48 hrs prior to the reservation date for availability.

Dinner at Pasta|Bar
Your experience will start at 1017 E. 6th Street where you will be greeted by our maitre d', and enjoy a complimentary tipple, before venturing to the kitchen for dinner with our team of chefs. Please arrive 15 minutes early to enjoy this tasty drink!The Pasta|Bar dinner menu is $195 per person. Your $25 per person deposit will be applied to your final bill upon dining. A 20% Service Charge is applied to all checks. All dietary restrictions must be submitted at least 48hrs in advance, we politely decline all gluten-free and dairy-free requests. All accommodations are at the discretion of our Chef and must be approved. A $170 charge per person will be applied cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
