One night only garden party at the Central Texas Food Bank!We're turning the beautiful Garden Pavilion at the CTFB into a one night only mulit-course tasting menu restaurant.Coming off of Y Comida's sold out Round Top residency, Ellis takeover, and recent Amsterdam pop-up the menu is guaranteed to something special.Please join us for an exclusive dinner designed by head chef and owner of Y Comida, Nick Middleton an curated by the Central Texas Food Bank. Y Comida at Bader Ranch for the Round Top Fall Antiques Show
Join us in Round Top for our annual Fall residency at Bader Ranch. Each night will feature a 5 Course Chef's Tasting Menu.While our 5 course menu is not set just yet, you can expect things like: Wagyu ribeye crown with mesquite smoked butter and chimichurri, pan seared redfish with corn beurre blanc, Parisian gnocchi with Texas pecan and sage béchamel, and tres leches cake soft serve, . Our menu will be price fixe and will be $105 per person.We no longer charge a deposit however due to increased demand we do charge a no-show fee and we will be limited to 80 total seats available each night.
