    We are pleased to offer 2 different selections for our Kyo-Kaiseki Tasting Menus - 8 or 12 courses featuring premium seasonal ingredients sourced both locally and from Japan, including seafood courses, protein courses and dessert. 8 course menu is priced at $300 per guest plus 20% gratuity and tax while 12 course menu is priced at $430 per guest plus 20% gratuity and tax. Please be advised there will be $50 room fee and all guests in the same party are required to choose the same option.     Aburi Hana x Änkôr - Collaboration Dinner - Oct 22

    Chef Danny Beaulieu from Änkôr and Chef Ryusuke Nakagawa from Aburi Hana will collaborate to deliver a twelve-course contemporary dining experience. Opened in November 2020 in Canmore, Alberta, änkôr has been showcasing its vision of contemporary Canadian cuisine. The menu will begin with four snacks, followed by six savoury dishes and will conclude with two desserts and two mignardises, offering a harmonious blend of their culinary expertise. The experience is priced at $430.00 per guest plus tax and 20% gratuity. Please be advised beverage pairings are optional and available upon request.
