Kappo Sato is the newest Kappo-style Japanese Cuisine in Toronto, Canada featuring Takeshi Sato. Takeshi Sato worked at a Michelin Star Japanese restaurant in Tokyo and came to Canada in 2011 as the official chef of the Japanese Consulate General in Toronto. Qualified as a tea ceremony, flower arrangement, sommelier, and international sake master, and has more than 20 years of experience as a high-class Japanese chef, as well as the skill and knowledge.
