    Our full 12-course Royal Thai-inspired Chef's Tasting Menu is a seasonally changing menu that incorporates Chef Nuit's creative vision and personal experiences with centuries-old cooking methods, Royal Thai cuisine fundamentals, traditional Thai flavours, and specialty Thai and regional Canadian ingredients to create an unforgettable gastronomic journey. Our 12-course menu is offered at $165 per guest and does not include beverages, tax, and gratuity. A 12-course vegan menu is also available for $150 per guest. Beverage pairings to accompany your menu, as well as a curated cocktail, wine, and sake list, are available.

    Our Chef's Table is an intimate, counter-style seating that faces our open kitchen for an engaging, immersive dining experience. Guests will have an opportunity to see all the action as our chefs bring their dinner to life and learn more about the stories behind each ingredient and dish as they delight in our 12-course Royal Thai-inspired Chef's Tasting. This experience is $165 per guest and does not include beverages, tax, and gratuity. A 12-course vegan menu is also available for $150 per guest.
