    We look forward to hosting you at Evangeline. We have allocated a maximum dining period of two and a half hours for each reservation. Your booking reserves a small area combined of seating and standing room for your guests. Each party will be greeted with a glass of bubbles along with a cheese platter and accompaniments, marinated olives and east coast oysters ($45 per person). Wine, signature cocktails & extra snacks are available to order a la carte and charged upon consumption. Your non-refundable deposit will go towards your food and beverage minimum spend of $2000 prior to tax and 20% gratuity. One bill required.
