Cannelé Workshop
Learn how to make and bake one of the hardest French pastry. From start to finish, Chef Junelle will be demonstrating how she intricately makes her cannelés at Castle & Coal.The workshop will take 2-2.5 hours and will include 1 unseasoned Matfer Bourgeat tin lined copper cannelé mould (worth $50), half block of beeswax from Rosewood Estates, recipes of cannelé and coating batter, full demonstration of making cannelés, making your own small batch of batter to take home, tips and tricks of what to do at home when making/ baking cannelés.

Bonfires of Autumn Dessert Tasting
A dessert lover's dream. Chef Junelle has planned a 5-course dessert tasting that features her favourite desserts. All plated desserts, using high quality seasonal ingredients from local suppliers, Valrhona chocolate from France, and the knowledge she has gained from working in Michelin restaurants abroad. This won’t be a stuffy fine dining experience. This will be interactive, intimate, and fun. Bring a friend or a loved one, and enjoy and share your love for desserts.
