Ashes & Diamonds Winery is a love letter to Napa as it was when it first took the world stage in the 1960s. Located at the gateway to the Valley, along its main artery Highway 29, Ashes & Diamonds’ mid-century approach extends seamlessly through its viticulture, winemaking, and architecture. The resulting wines are a wide-ranging convergence of modern and old-school flavors, all of which adhere to an ethos of light-handed winemaking and transparency of terroir.

    A portfolio tasting of five wines, paired with local cheeses and accoutrements including our sourdough focaccia, cultured butter and seasonal house-made preserves.This experience is 60 to 90 minutes. We allow up to 2 underage guests per group. Groups with underage guests will be seated outside.Member discount is applied at checkout. 3 Bottle Members receive two discounted experiences; 6 & 12 Bottle Members receive four discounted experiences.

    “A Treasury of Great Recipes” Vintage Dinner

    We celebrate the simplicity and care of these mid-century “fine dining” establishments with a special, one-night-only dinner event like none other. Recipes such as Mixed Grille Cremaillere, Yorkshire Pudding, Peperoni Don Salvatore, and Hashed Brown Potatoes are a sampling of the dishes our team will interpret for this special occasion; to be paired with rare library wines and cuvées and the current release of 2022 Bates Ranch, introduced by winemaker Diana Snowden Seysses, who will regale us with tales of its journey from harvest to bottle. This is an adult experience and is not suitable for underage guests. Space is extremely limited and available on a first-booked, first-served basis. This experience is 60 minutes long and does not feature accompaniments. We allow up to 2 underage guests per group. Groups with underage guests will be seated outside.
