    NOTE*** The four-course menu is $100 per person. A $25 prepayment will be applied as a deposit, with a $75 balance collected at the restaurant. A 20% gratuity is required. Savor a four-course dining experience with your choice of each course. Start with Bufala Mozzarella Caprese, Stuffed Eggplant Rollatini, Shrimp Cocktail, or Dungeness Crab Arancini. Enjoy a fresh Carpe Salad or classic Caesar Salad. For your entrée, select from Fillet of Branzino with Lemon Caper Butter, Steak au Poivre with Cabernet Demi-Glace, Mushroom Risotto, Four-Cheese Ravioli, or Chicken Parmesan.
