    Bright Nights at Cuvaison: Wine & Caviar

    We invite you to join us this holiday season for a luxurious evening of wine and caviar at Cuvaison. In partnership with the esteemed caviar house, Regiis Ova, we are offering two exclusive nights—November 17 and December 8—where you'll indulge in five exceptional wines, thoughtfully paired with a selection of caviar, presented in three distinct styles to enhance each pairing. Delight in Royal caviar bumps, Supreme caviar with blinis, and Ossetra caviar served with potatoes, all perfectly paired with our Los Carneros wines. The evening culminates in a traditional Russian caviar service featuring Siberian caviar, creating an unforgettable tasting experience. With only 20 seats available each night, this intimate event promises to be a celebration of flavor, elegance, and holiday cheer.     Winemaker's Tasting Experience

    Thoughtfully paired cheeses accompany these red and white wine selections hand picked by our winemaker each quarter to highlight various wine styles and winemaking techniques. Discover the unique character of our single-vineyard wines hailing from multiple distinguished vineyards including our Cuvaison home estate, Tai Vineyard, and Brandlin Estate while discovering smaller estate vineyards from neighboring Sonoma County where our talented winemaking team explores various techniques and terroirs, fostering the innovation we have been known for since our founding in 1969. Seasonal Tomato Tasting Addition! Now until the end of September, indulge in this unique seasonal offering, where our estate-grown wines are paired with fresh, sun-ripened tomatoes from B & B Gardens, grown and harvested right here on our Los Carneros Estate. Complementing the tomatoes is a carefully curated selection of artisanal cheeses, along with a savory tomato tart from Moulin Bakery, featuring cherry tomatoes encased in flaky puff pastry. Each element is thoughtfully paired to enhance the flavors of both the wine and the produce.We kindly ask all guests to be 21 years or older to enjoy this experience.Please allow 90 minutes for this experience.

    Member Tasting Experiences

    Exclusively for our club members, these specially curated tastings feature a flight of five wines hand-selected by our hospitality team and tailored to fit each member's palate and preferences. Limited tables available, with members receiving preferred seating. This is a complimentary experience for up to 4 guests, additional guests will be charged for tasting. Your discount for up to 4 is applied at the end of the check-out experience when logged in with your email that corresponds to your membership. . Outdoor reservations may be available weather permitting, January through March. We kindly ask all guests be of legal drinking age, 21 years and older.
