We welcome you to dine at Ume with an open mind. Cancellation Policy: We accept cancellations and changes to your reservation up to twelve hours before the time of your reservation. If a cancellation, change, or no-show occurs within twelve hours of your reservation, a $78 per person cancellation charge will apply. *There is NO EXCEPTION to this policy.
