The centerpiece of the evening? Her mouthwatering Porchetta—a traditional Italian roast that's tender, flavorful, and steeped in history. From the rustic hills of Tuscany to your plate, this savory dish is sure to transport you to the heart of Italy.But that’s not all. The night will be brought to life with the incredible voice of internationally renowned Sicilian-American singer, Michela Musolino. Michela will serenade us with the timeless folk songs of Sicily and Southern Italy, blending ancient melodies with her modern twist.
