    Guest Chef Collaboration Series Presented by Chase: SingleThread x Hisa Franko

    We are excited to share our next Chef Collaboration Series dinner — presented by Chase Sapphire Reserve. On October 11th and 12th, Chef Ana Roš and her team from 3-Michelin-starred Hiša Franko will be traveling from Slovenia to join us in creating a collaborative tasting menu inspired by the subtle nuances of a season in transition here in Sonoma County. A self-taught cook, Ana's cuisine reflects the seasons, the terroir, her character, her travels, and femininity. Our culinary teams will come together, drawing heavily on creativity sourced from the work of Katina and the farm team, to utilize the abundance of nutrient-dense and flavorful produce this harvest season has to offer. Our team at SingleThread is thrilled to share an exchange of culinary knowledge with Ana Roš and her team. We are eager to delve into learning about the Slovenian mountain cuisine and techniques, while also sharing the insights and innovations we’ve cultivated through our deep connection with the land in Northern California.The 10-course tasting menu price per-person is $485, with the addition of applicable taxes and optional gratuity. All bookings and party sizes are final, this purchase is non-refundable. *Due to the special nature of this menu, we will not be able to accommodate any allergies or aversions to soy, alliums, sesame, sunflower oil, vinegar, koji, sea plants/sea salt, gluten, dairy, raw proteins of any kind, or nightshades/tomatoes. Additionally, we will be unable to accommodate vegetarian or pescatarian guests. We will accommodate other allergies where possible, however certain courses may be significantly altered as a result.

    SingleThread x Miele x Chef Norbert Collaboration Dinner

    On October 3rd and 5th, just in time for harvest season, our team is excited to welcome Chef Norbert Niederkofler, of the Michelin Three Star and Green Star Atelier Moessmer in Brunico, Italy, to cook with us in Sonoma County. This event is part of our celebration of the collective partnership with Miele and our 'Stories from Our Only Home' film series.The 'Stories from Our Only Home' series follows both Chef Kyle and Chef Norbert on a socially-conscious global culinary adventure through partnership, conversation and exchange of seasonal and local knowledge from two different perspectives and locations in the world. In paying close attention to the seasonality and locality of ingredients, both chefs prioritize incorporating a sense of place into the dishes they create. Norbert and his team will bring the flavors of the Dolomites to Sonoma County with their new concept, "Atelier Norbert Niederkofler Temporary." In this two-night collaboration we will bring the film series to life, merging our techniques and philosophies to create a dining experience for our guests that tells the story and encapsulates this specific moment in time.
