In this hands-on class, Chef Peter will guide you through the art of pizza-making. You’ll learn how to round, stretch, spin, and toss dough like a pro, all while embracing the fun that comes with it. We’ll explore pizza architecture, various cooking methods, and share some laughs along the way. Your ticket includes the entire course, a celebratory beverage for a toast, and the delicious pizza you create during the class. Don't miss out on this flavorful experience!

The Brookside Kitchen Table

Beautiful marble table in our new Brookside Kitchen. Comfortably seats 6-10. You'll be seated on stools just like the chefs - the servers will be buzzing about in the space as it is a working area. A truly fun experience!

Outdoor Communal Tree Table

The tree table seats 12-14 guests comfortably. If your reservation is for fewer than 12, please be aware there may be other parties sharing this table with you. That's all part of the fun! This reservation is weather-permitting. If patio seating is unavailable due to inclement weather we will notify you as soon as possible. No alternate seating will be guaranteed.
