    Whole Tuna Cutting Show

    It is time to announce our one year anniversary event with whole bluefin tuna cutting which will include our omakase menu, fresh hand roll and the U-maki. The Bluefin tuna used in the cutting show is freshly delivered, freshly cut, and freshly prepared for our guests. During the show you can closely watch how the chef break down the tuna and also you can make your own nigiri and hand roll if you like. We also have premium Sake, japanese beer, wine, and whiskey that you can order it. Due to number of people in the show, the drink will be cash only. Experience the Pinnacle of Luxury: Whole Bluefin Tuna, Artfully Cut and Paired with Exquisite Caviar and Uni-Sea urchin. This is a very popular & spectacular event at Yuhiro Sushi.
