    Women in Restaurants Leadership Program Capstone Dinner

    Join us for an inspirational evening and a 5-course gourmet meal as students from the Women in Restaurants Leadership Program practice what they have learned during this career and confidence building leadership program. Created and led by Chef Michelle Carpenter, owner of Restaurant Beatrice and Zen Sushi in Bishop Arts, the goal of WRLP is to help retain and advance more women in the industry and to create a more positive restaurant culture. Partners include Roots Southern Table, Duro Hospitality Group, Rye Dallas, and Crown Block. Thanks to the leaders at these restaurants for welcoming students for real life work experiences and industry connections that will last a lifetime. Also thanks to Texas Beef Council and Chefs Produce for product donations.
