    Cochon De Lait is a Louisiana-Style Whole Roasted Pig. This event is the most popular event with Beatrice. Join us for a Cochon-Whiskey Dinner focused on sustainability on Wednesday, October 16. Our chefs will be roasting a pig that Restaurant Beatrice purchased for this dinner. We will serve three different Blackland Distillery cocktails and pork in seven different ways on a menu that prizes all parts of the pig. This pig has been ethically raised by our rancher who sourced it from Dr. Mark Murphey, an award-winning breeder and professor from Louisiana Tech. Limited seating.
