    Join us for an unforgettable evening at Sketches of Spain, where we bring the essence of Spain’s finest vineyards to your table, paired with the culinary expertise of our chef, Iñaki Betran. This exclusive wine dinner features a curated selection from the prestigious Pago de Carraovejas, introduced by their export director. You’ll start with the refreshing Mein 2016, a blend of 90% Treixadura and other local white grapes from the Ribeiro region, offering a crisp and aromatic profile. Followed by the Quintaluna 2020, a 100% Verdejo from Castilla León, this wine is a perfect example of the vibrant minerality Verdejo can offer. These whites will pair seamlessly with Chef Iñaki’s classic pinchos, designed to elevate each sip.For red wine lovers, we are proud to present the elegant Marañones 2022, a pure Garnacha from Vinos de Madrid, showcasing bright red fruits and a silky texture. The highlight of the evening, Pago de Carraovejas 2020, a powerful blend of 93% Tempranillo, 4% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 3% Merlot from Ribera del Duero, offers rich depth and complexity. Paired with chef-crafted pinchos, each wine brings out the best in both the cuisine and your palate.
