    We are excited to invite you to our pop-up event with legendary sushi chef Naomichi Yasuda on his first dinner service in America since leaving his eponymous, Michelin-starred restaurant Sushi Yasuda in New York City’s midtown over a decade ago.Tatsu Dallas will be offering 60 guests the opportunity to engage with Chef Yasuda in a private dining experience that is sure to be one of the most sought-after culinary events in America this year.Dine on cuisine prepared by the techniques Chef Yasuda pioneered in America, which inspired a then young chef who had just arrived in New York City named Tatsu.Many credit Chef Yasuda, with infectious personality and warmth, for bringing edomae sushi and hospitality to New York City, spurring a culinary revolution that changed fine dining in America forever.After a hiatus serving customers at his small eight-seat counter in Tokyo, Chef Yasuda is excited to welcome old friends and new to share his table.A Night with Naomichi Yasuda will be from Tuesday, November 5 to Saturday, November 9 at 5pm or 8pm for parties of 2 only.Sushi Omakase $300 + 18% service charge + tax per person.

Chef Tatsu hosts two seatings, five days a week, with each meal lasting two hours long. Guests are encouraged to interact with Chef and witness the art of edomae sushi preparation in person.
