We believe in working directly with farmers using only the best techniques in handling and preparation, serving dishes that, as always, reflect the sensitivity of the seasons and the tireless efforts of the people that work the land and the sea.     Autumn Tasting Menu 2024 - The Final Month

    The final season at ernst. An experience at ernst during the autumn months features late ripening root vegetables and brassicas, pumpkins, squash and tree fruit. Elsewhere in Europe, our collaborators will just be starting their season, bringing beautiful early season produce from Angelo and Rita in Sicily; cold water Atlantic fish at their prime; as well as Austrian Mangalitza and Wagyu.Join us as we celebrate fall and the last 10 years of ernst.Please note, due to the nature of the experience we want to provide at this time of year, we cannot accommodate those with lactose free, soy free, vegetarian or vegan diets as well as those that cannot consume fish, shellfish or seafood.     Ernst Summer 2024

    This will be the final growing season of ernst as we know it. A final interpretation of the region around us.An experience at Ernst during this time is one of the year's most dynamic. Featuring a strong emphasis on fruits and vegetables from our home region, it explores the landscape around the city when it is at its peak productivity, making our way through the months' micro-seasons and the region's microclimates. The diversity of the landscapes will be reflected through our ever-changing menu. Our most sun kissed menus will be interspersed - as always - with pristine land and sea based proteins. Please note, we do not accommodate vegans or vegetarians, those with lactose or soy-sauce free diets, as well as those who do not consume fish or shellfish.
