    Adelaida Tasting Experience

    Taste our current releases of distinctive wines in our rustic tasting room while learning about the stories and history of Adelaida. After 15 minutes, we will forfeit your reservation. Please ensure that you are booking for the TOTAL group size, children & non-tasters included.Well-behaved pets are welcome on our outdoor patios, if available. Outside food is welcome to be enjoyed after your tasting on one of our additional outdoor patios. Reservations made for large groups on Tock using separate reservations will not be accommodated.

    This tasting explores the complementary approach to food and wine pairing. You will enjoy a curated meal featuring expertly paired small bites with each Signature wine. This is a private experience that takes place in our library room. We do not allow anyone under 21 to attend this tasting.We are also not allowing animals in this experience.We are unable to make any substitutions. Non-vegetarian.Contains: Cream, Eggs, Nuts, and SeafoodAppointments are 90 minutes in duration, late arrivals will only have the time remaining from their original reservation.Food and Wine Experiences require a 72-hour cancellation notice; otherwise, the experience is non-refundable.

    Take a ride across the ranch and up to our private Hilltop Tasting venue, just below the highest elevation point in Paso Robles. Enjoy a tasting of Signature Series wines, each paired with hand-selected artisanal cheese. This is an outdoor experience, subject to change if weather dictates. In extreme weather, this tasting will be held in our wine library. We do not allow anyone under 21 to attend this tasting.Appointments are 90 minutes in duration, late arrivals will only have the time remaining from their original reservation.The Hilltop Tasting Experience requires a 72-hour cancellation notice; otherwise, the experience is non-refundable.
