    Library Flight Experience

    The Library experience offers a one-on-one guided tasting of estate wines from both past and current vintages. Your dedicated Estate Educator will walk you through the nuances of vintage variation, wine aging, and our unique blending philosophy. Guests will enjoy this intimate experience in a private room within our newly expanded caves or within our library.This tasting is updated monthly and available seven days a week. Please allow approximately 90 minutes for this exclusive experience.Elevated Experience tasting fees are not waived with purchase.

    Discovery Flight Experience

    Enjoy sweeping views of our vineyard from our fully covered patio as you taste a curated selection of our core wines and exclusive club offerings, crafted by Winemaker Stephan Asseo.Tastings are available by appointment only, allowing us to provide a personalized experience. Your dedicated Estate Educator will guide you through a flight of our latest releases, fostering a deeper connection with our estate.Tastings are $50 and one tasting fee is waived per 2-bottle red wine purchase from our tasting lineup. This tasting is complimentary for active wine club members. To reduce last minute cancellations, a deposit of $25 per guest is required. Deposits will be refunded upon check-in, or if reservations are canceled more than 24 hours in advance.To ensure the correct number of seats, all reservations MUST INCLUDE TOTAL NUMBER OF GUESTS that will be present.

    Champagne Flight Experience

    Join us for a Champagne flight, starting with a guided tour through our caves and leading to a cozy table nestled within one of our cave alcoves. Your Estate Educator will guide you through a tasting of four distinct cuvées while sharing insights about the Thiénot family, their vineyards in Champagne, and their blending and production philosophy. Discover the story behind our partnership with the Thiénot family, and how it beautifully blends the traditions of France and Paso Robles.Please note, his tasting may be hosted as a communal experience, and you may be tasting with other guests. Seating is limited in our caves and only guests who are tasting may join the group. This experience is currently available on Saturday and Sunday for up to 6 guests per reservation time. For requests outside of these days, please contact our tasting room directly.
