    Summit Vineyard Tasting

    A Summit Vineyard Tasting is an incredible way to taste our wines and is among Paso’s best-kept secrets! This private tasting will be a highlight of your time in Paso Robles Wine Country. Check in at the winery, meet your host, then caravan in your own vehicle up to the Vineyard. This is an outdoor experience that requires guests to walk down a row of vines--appropriate attire and footwear recommended. Weather dependent! Duration: approx. 1.5-2 hoursCapacity: Up to 6 people Cost: $70/person (non-refundable)*Membership includes two Summit Vineyard Tastings per year (each tasting can include up up to 6 people complimentary). Members, enjoy additional Summit Vineyard Tastings throughout the year for $35/person.*Rain moves the tasting to a covered area at the winery

    Happy Hour

    Join us for an exclusive tasting of our new Fall release wines after hours. Members, pick up Fall shipments, and non-members, you're invited to come enjoy the latest from our cellar. With a grazing board to snack on and the Alta Colina team sharing the stories behind the wines, it's a perfect, laid-back start to your Paso weekend.Happy Hours are complimentary for members and $30 pp for non-members.     Golden Hour Tasting at the Trailer Pond

    Reserve your spot for an intimate wine tasting experience at the Trailer Pond, where you'll sample estate-grown Rhône's hosted by owner, Maggie Tillman. Get to know other wine lovers with this communal tasting experience surrounded by our five vintage trailers and Alta Colina Vineyard. Only 10 seats available. Don't miss this opportunity to taste some delicious wines against the serene backdrop of the setting sun.     AC Vineyard Hike

    Fall is amazing on the Alta Colina estate and we figured a beautiful hike through our stunning Vineyard was just right!  Explore our 31 planted acres, take in views no one else gets to see, ask all your Vineyard-related questions, and end with a tasting flight among the vines.  Led by longtime team member and all around delight, Michelle Locke, grab your friends for a perfect morning on Alta Colina Vineyard this season.Here's the plan: 9:30-10:30 hike around Alta Colina Vineyard followed by a 10:30ish wine tasting. Cost to participate is $70/non-member, $30/member.  RSVP on Tock and we'll settle up day-of before setting off.  See you on the Vineyard! (We will reschedule the hike in the event of rain.)

    Join us in the celebrating the much-anticipated release of our 2019 Lynn’s Cuvée Sparkling! This elegant champagne-style wine is not only a nod to Lynn’s requirement of bubbles (ask Bob about that one!), it commemorates Lynn and Bob’s 55th wedding anniversary. We’re popping corks and sharing some of Lynn’s favorite things: oysters, a great cheese spread, and just a bite of crème brûlée!     Join our small but mighty team at the estate Winery just off Adelaida Road for a 4 to 5-wine flight of our current releases! Taste the lineup and learn about Alta Colina Vineyard, our organic farming approach, and membership. Looking for hilltop views of our Estate Vineyard? Book a Summit Vineyard Tasting to explore the entire 130 acre property.Tasting Room Flights are $30/person and one tasting fee is waived per two bottle purchase. Members--tastings are included in your membership. Please note, we host these tastings indoors and outdoors and strongly encourage reservations. Please arrive as promptly as possible--enjoy your table for up to 60 minutes from the reservation time.See you at the Winery!

    Park and Sip

    Looking for a beautiful spot to enjoy Alta Colina wines with friends? Bring a picnic (or purchase a cheese plate from us!) and settle into our oak-covered Park n Sip perch. This laid-back experience lets you savor our current releases by the bottle or glass at your own pace—no host, no rush. Simply check in at the Tasting Room, purchase at least one bottle per guest (don’t worry, you don’t have to open them all!), and relax for up to two hours.
