    6 COURSES | 6 PM RECEPTION | 6:30 PM DINNERLimited to 20 seats!Members, $275 | Non-Members, $325 | All-InclusiveThis is a first-ever experience featuring The Story Grenache library wines spanning six years!Sohna Safar means "Beautiful Journey" in the Punjabi language, which is our winemaker Varinder Sahi's mother tongue. This is the very first dinner in our series in which guests experience the stories that surround the bottles. Food and wine has always been a bridge to amazing moments in the Sahis' lives and they look forward to sharing these very pivotal moments with you. This amazingly personal and private six-course experience will take you on a beautiful journey through time, starting with the early days of Copia's creation, when Anita and Varinder first met, became Paso Robles' oldest winemaking interns, found their home vineyard and embarked on planting and farming two beautiful estates. Chef Nick Nolan of Trumpet Vine has created a delectable six course menu to pair with a six-year vertical of The Story Grenache wines. You'll dine under the stars at the Sahi's home alongside the first vines they planted at their Willow Creek Estate. It's a beautiful evening you'll soon not forget!

This 60-90-minute experience takes place outdoors at our Adelaida Estate Tasting Room.Wine Club Members | the member price for the wine and culinary pairing is $32 per guest (for 2-6 guests, depending on club level). Additional flights with a culinary pairing will be charged $60 per guest, up to our maximum group size of 8.Due to the customized nature of the menu, we are able to accommodatevegetarian and gluten-free requests with 5 days notice. Vegan, dairy free or other dietary substitutions are not possible.We love our furry friends! While dogs are not permitted inside our tasting room, we welcome them outdoors on our patio, weather permitting. We kindly request that you keep them on a leash throughout your visit.

Wine Club Members recieve complimentary signature wine tasting flights with their membership (applicable for 2-6 guests, depending on club level). Additional flights will be charged at $25 per guest up to our maximum group size of 8. We love our furry friends! While dogs are not permitted inside our tasting room, we welcome them outdoors on our patio, weather permitting. We kindly request that you keep them on a leash throughout your visit.
