Promoting a non-interventionist approach to winemaking, we are a crew of quirky individuals making and selling very serious wild yeast fermented, neutral oak aged, dry farmed wine exclusively from the west side of Paso Robles.     Our prix fixe Entrée and Flight Experience is available to both members and non-members.If you are a member and would like to book an experience in our members only Elliptical lounge, please give us a call at 805-238-5706. We are excited to announce that this experience is now offered in our Elliptical Lounge! Sorry, pets are not allowed in the Lounge, but your furry companion is welcome to join you at your table on the patio. Please check our website for current lunch option.
