We believe that quality starts in the vineyard and on the farm, and we seek out the very best local ingredients from truly passionate purveyors. In the talented hands of our culinary team, these artisan Central Coast ingredients result in an unparalleled dining experience at JUSTIN. Dinner includes 5-courses with wine pairing included for $395.The reservation deposit will be refunded in full upon check-in.

Members from JUSTIN’s Vineyard and Viticulture team will host the evening and share stories and insights on this current harvest.
