Paix Sur Terre, French for “Peace on Earth”, focuses on unique varietals not found anywhere else in Paso Robles. Ryan and Nicole Pease founded Paix Sur Terre in 2010 and have dedicated themselves to producing the wines they love; single vineyard Mourvédre, Rhône blends, and Mediterranean-style white wines. With fruit sourced from some of the best vineyards on the west side of Paso Robles, Paix Sur Terre has developed a reputation for truly creative wines that stand out from the crowd.

    Enjoy your tasting on our beautiful oak-shaded patio. We encourage you to bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the beauty of Paso Robles with a glass or bottle of Paix Sur Terre.Please book your tasting for the total number of people in your group including guests who are not tasting and children. We want to make sure everyone has a seat.Our maximum group size is 12 people including guests who are not tasting and children. Please get in touch with us about availability for larger groups - do not book multiple tasting appointments for a large group.Our current tasting is $25 which includes a flight of 6 wines and is waived with the purchase of two bottles.Don't see your time available? We accept walk-ins for groups less than 6.
