Nicora was started with little resources, and has been built from the ground up. It truly began in the cellar, where I learned from mentors who helped me along the way. I worked for the funds to buy grapes and barrels, and spent many hours with purple hands and wet boots. My dream was to hand craft wines that would be both a personal expression and a reflection of the unique vineyards found within Paso Robles and beyond.

    Wine Tasting with Nicora Winery

    Sit back and enjoy a curated flight of our Spring release wines, crafted by Winemaker Nick Elliott. Our knowledgeable hosts will expertly lead you through each tasting, sharing stories and details of the winemaking process and the distinctive characteristics of each varietal. One tasting fee is kindly waived with each two bottle purchase.Wine Club Members, please use the email associated with your account to enjoy your complimentary tastings.Furry Friends are more than welcome on our outdoor patio.
