We warmly welcome guests who wish to experience our Michelin One-Star dining without committing to the full course. This new offering gives you a choice to start with a prefixed assortment to start your evening with a taste of Kaiseki or order appetizers for small bites, using the same high-quality ingredients from our course meals but arranged differently to pair perfectly with the drinks we offer.
