    The Chef's Counter at Hop Alley (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

    ***PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. ACCIDENTAL BOOKINGS WILL FORFEIT DEPOSIT***The Chef’s Counter is a new experience at Hop Alley, available Thursday - Saturday. Reservations are available 21 days in advance. We offer a 9 course tasting menu experience that takes inspiration from multiple cuisines, local suppliers, seasonal produce and progressive techniques. Wine pairings, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverage are also available for purchase.Please note, Hop Alley’s daily menu is not available at the Chef’s Counter.To accommodate allergies or restrictions, please contact james@hopalleydenver.com as early as possible. Without notice, we may not be able to adapt our menu. Deposit will be deducted from bill. This experience operates separately from Hop Alley, deposits cannot be transferred to a Hop Alley reservation.A 22% service charge is included, additional tip is not required but appreciated. We allocate 2 hours for this dining experience. Please help us be respectful to subsequent reservations.
