    Root Down & Executive Chef Brendan Bailey present the Orange Harvest Wine Dinner, curated with Edible Beats Wine Specialist Rodrigo Cordero Weber and Root Down Wine Manager Al Trout. During the experience, guests will dine on Root Down’s heated, enclosed patio and indulge in an all-inclusive 4-Course Chef’s Tasting Menu while Chef Brendan, Rodrigo and Al guide guests through thoughtfully paired orange wines hailing from age-old traditions.
