Izakaya Night with Chef Cody Perreira and TN Trang

No Call No Show is happy to celebrate Japanese drinking culture with an Izakaya Night! Food will be provided by Chef Cody Perreira and beverages curated by Itsumono's very own TN Trang. We're talking sunomono, Nanbanzuke, tempura, karaage, sashimi, hand rolls, Kakuni pork belly, plus lots of sake, shochu, highballs and a few surprises that may or may not have made their way to Seattle from a recent trip to Japan. Chef Cody Perriera grew up on the island of Hawaii and went to culinary school in Oregon. He spent 8 years in San Diego honing his craft as a sushi chef. He moved to Seattle at the beginning of 2024 and currently works at both Le Coin and the Garrison. TN Trang is the bar taste tester at Itsumono where he celebrates Japanese drinking culture with his consistently inventive, delicious and fun cocktail program. TN is a cherished member of the community in the International District. Over here at No Call No Show we are very lucky to have these two incredibly talented gentlemen creating menus to celebrate the Izakaya. Join us on Monday, October 21st at our favorite Pioneer Square bar Bad Bishop. 5 pm - 2 am. This is gonna be a fun one! Food from 5-12 or sold out, bar open until close. Reservations from 5-10, walk-ins from 10 - 2. Reservation deposit will be refunded upon seating.
