    Building on our intro class, Sauces 102 will explore two savory mother sauces and a sweet sauce for dessert. We will also introduce two different emulsions and their application. Learn how to make Velouté, turn it into Supreme; Hollandaise, and turn it into Bearnaise and Sauce Valois, Caramel Sauce, and last but not least, the emulsions of Mayonnaise vs Aioli.This will be an exciting class to learn, eat, and drink as you elevate your sauce game and favorite dishes!     Thanksgiving Turkeys 2024

    We are excited to offer you fresh turkeys for your holiday celebrations! Reserving a bird requires a $25 deposit that will go towards your purchase.This year's birds are from 2 different farms - Palouse Poultry and Tailfeather Farms. We have carried Palouse birds every Thanksgiving so far. These birds are 100% GMO free, no corn or soy. Palouse turkeys are fully pasture raised and spend quite a bit of their lives out in the family's sunflower orchard. The birds are harvested on farm and will be 100% Fresh for Thanksgiving.Tailfeather is a new farmer for us this year, from a tiny little farm in Walla Walla Washington. They have a fully integrated pasture, and regenerative program.We will do our best to match you to your preferred size when you pick up, but it will be first-come, first-serve. Turkeys will be $12.25/lb.Pick up will be on Sunday, November 24 at the shop. More details to come.
