    Aperitivo with Sibona Grappa

    We are excited to host an aperitivo hour with Sibona, one of the oldest distillers in Piemonte! Join us for light bites while Sibona educates us on the vast world of grappa and the many styles it can be distilled as. We will be pouring tastes of the following:Aloe Vera Grappa, Chamomilla Grappa, Barbera Grappa, and their signature Vermouth Rosso.To pair, Chef Stuart has created a small aperitivo snack menu which includes prosciutto di parma, citrus marinated olives, butter and anchovy crostini, duck confit with caramelized onions in filo, taleggio cheese with apples, and panforte.
