We are craftsmen dedicated to preserving the trade and art. Cherishing the rich nostalgia of the parlors we grew up in, we honor them with an artisanal nuance of offerings on our wood fired thin crust sourdough pizza. Nolo is our scratch-casual approach towards New Haven pizza with an emphasis on distinction. We reinvented architect Vincent Amore’s iconic Jet Cleaners into the spacious and modernized Nolo; our beautifully reimagined Da Legna, serving our city for over 10 years on the infamous State Street. We proudly collaborate with the great folks of Hoax Brewing to pour the finest brews!
