The Chef's Tasting MenuJoin us for the full experience at César with our Chef’s Tasting Menu. This menu exhibits signature dishes of César rooted in French technique and features global ingredients of the highest quality. The experience can be enhanced with carefully selected wine pairings, elevating the flavors of each course and offering a true exploration of the chef's artistry.Seafood Tasting Menu.The Seafood Tasting Menu is thoughtfully arranged to create a balanced yet adventurous progression, with each bite telling a story of the sea.
