    Omakase Experience

    The price of the Sushi by Scratch Restaurants: New York City omakase inspired tasting menu is $245. Your $25 per person deposit is used to secure your booking and will be applied to your bill upon dining. A 20% Service Charge will be added to all bills.This experience starts 30 minutes prior to the scheduled seating time with a complimentary welcome cocktail and canape service. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate vegetarian requests or mushroom allergies. All deposits are final and non-refundable. Reservations can be transferred to another guest or a different date, but the request must be received at least 48 hours in advance. Because of the small nature of the restaurant, we charge +$220 per person for all reservation changes made less than 48 hours in advance.
