New York is the first stop on a four-part guest chef series with The Bastion Collection’s Michelin-starred Culinary Director Alain Verzeroli and his long-time protege, executive chef Mitsunobe Nagae of l’abeille. Experience a special dinner series that honors Chef Alain & Mistu’s history of cooking together again – while celebrating the power of continued mentorship.
