    Hands On Sushi Class I (Introduction)

    Join our chefs for an immersive hands-on introduction to the art of sushi crafting. Explore lesser-known sushi variants like temari-zushi, oshi-zushi, and temaki-zushi using seasonal ingredients and premium raw fish.     Uni Shucking Class - East Village -

    Uni (Sea Urchin) is coming back in season from Portland, ME. You are going to have a mountain of live Uni in the shells and you will learn how to shuck and clean your own Uni. Of course, you will eat it all as temaki sushi roll. You will earn one of the most useful skills of your life from this class.
