    Women's Wellness Event #2

    Join Chelsea Parker, from Love is Key Counseling, Nina Castillo-D'Angier & Maren Rosenberg from the Joy Clinic, Kimberly Flemmings, from Kimberly Frey Consulting, and Marissa Lynn, from Marissa Lynn Healing, as we host along with Mrs. Murphy's, a women-centered event based in finding healing, balance and caring for ourselves and others. Everyone is welcome. This event will offer workshops focused on mental health and wellness, light snacks, and cash bar, and access to vendors included with ticket price. Workshop 1: The Joy ClinicLed by Nina Castillo-D'Angier & Maren RosenbergThe Joy Clinic is an immersive-theatre project dedicated to keeping mental health care destigmatized and accessible. Try out some tools to boost joy after a guided mood assessment based on our often neglected needs of connection, affirmation, grounding, & whimsy.Workshop 2: Wonder Women Group Coaching Facilitated by: Kimberly FreyJoin This empowering group opportunity to reflect on values, create goals that are aligned to those values, and maintain their life balance while in pursuit of those goals.Workshop 3: Women's Embodiment CircleDiscover the power within you through guided somatic practices, breath work, and expanding the bliss in your own life! In this circle, you’ll have the opportunity to learn nervous system techniques for self-regulation as well as connect to your inner Goddess, while connecting to the other women in the space. We will also be hosting other incredible women artists, cultivators, healers, and creatives, as well as have raffles for winning prizes. Tickets are 30$ and include light snacks, access to vendors, and access to workshops. Please join us to learn and practice caring for yourself and the incredible women you are or women in your life!

    Proper Villain Cocktail Classes

    September and October cocktail classes are set! Come join Proper Villain for a night of drinks, instruction, history and tales from the vault! Ticket includes three drinks, light snack and 1.5 hours of bartending. We provide all equipment, alcohol, garnishes and glassware. We team up with Mrs. Murphy's Bistro in their beautiful event space second floor to provide an evening of cocktail bliss. Bring your friends and pick the class that calls to you. We will have a different theme each class, whether it be Wild West, Disco, Metal and Margs, or Halloween/Darkness. This will be posted the week before.
