Eat, Drink, Cook: Thanksgiving

Prepare to get your hands dirty as we walk you through preparing an entire Thanksgiving spread, including spatchcocked turkey, sage sausage stuffing, an upgraded take on a classic green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and gravy.You’ll learn a ton, but let’s be clear—there will be equal parts work and play. We’ll be serving snacks throughout the afternoon and we’ll taste and help you select the perfect wines to complement the meal, as well as teach you a couple fall-themed cocktails that will get the evening off to a festive start.Then once we're all done, you’ll get to enjoy the fruits of all your labor, as we serve you the Thanksgiving dinner that you’ve just helped prepare. Sessions will run from 12m to 4 pm with dinner to follow immediately after.
