Named one of Esquire's "Best Bars in America," The Bamboo Room offers a tailored experience through the world of rum in an intimate environment. Enjoy high end renditions of tropical cocktails featuring rare spirits carefully crafted by attentive expert bartenders. A $15.00 Deposit is required to make this reservation. Deposit is nonrefundable & will be applied towards final bill.

    The Bamboo room welcomes Robert Adamson of Strong Water of Anaheim, California for a exclusive pop up experience. Guests will enjoy a four course tasting of cocktails created by the Strong Water team. Seatings are available from 4pm-10pm for $75 per person. Reservation time limited to 1.5 hours.
