    Our new tasting menu, aptly named ROOP, which means beauty, truly embodies the word. Executive Chef Mike Cornelissen combines innovative cooking techniques with the rich, authentic flavors of Indian cuisine. Inspired by an in-depth exploration of Indian culture, this menu promises an unparalleled gastronomic experience.We do our best to accommodate mild allergies, we are unable to safely accommodate allergies to nuts, eggs, dairy, allium, gluten. A 20% gratuity will be added to all checks.Inkind Payments may not be used for the tasting menu experience.SURCHARGE:As a way to offset rising costs associated with the restaurant (food, beverage, labor, benefits, supplies), we have added a 4% surcharge to all checks. We do this in lieu of increased menu prices. You may request to have this taken off your check, should you choose.
