Culinary arts students prepare and serve dinner in this living classroom.The Dining Room is open for dinner service. Reservations are required as hours in The Dining Room may vary by school term . Our Three course Prix Fix Menu is $45.00. Our Wine List and Cocktails are availalbe for additional charges.Reservation that are canceled less than 24 hours before and no shows will be charged $10 per person to credit card provided at reservation time.Lastly, our menu is subject to change based on the availability of products, the progress of students, the size of the class, and is ultimately up to the Chef's discretion to change at any time he or she sees fit.
