    Chef Rob Levitt and One Off Hospitality wine guru, Eduard Seitan are excited to bring some rare and delicious wines from the Jura region of France to Publican Quality Meats for an alpine feast!     PQM is excited to bring back the renowned Cassoulet dinner! Guests will enjoy a three-course menu featuring the legendary dish crafted by esteemed French chef David Campigotto.The Backstory:When Chef Campigotto sought to introduce this iconic dish to the States, he turned to One Off Hospitality’s Executive Chef and Partner, Paul Kahan, to make it happen.What is Cassoulet?Each cassoulet pot is layered with duck legs, stock, white beans, pork sausage, and pork bones, topped with a final layer of beans. The dish is then baked for hours, with stock added every half hour, resulting in tender meat and perfectly roasted, crunchy beans.*Wine pairings will be available for purchase a la carte
