    Hoop house (noun - "hup-haus")A hoop house is a covered structure that's used to protect crops from the weather and pests, and to modify the microclimate for crops. Hoop houses use the sun's energy and natural air movement for heating and coolingThe proceeds from this special dinner will go to the purchasing and installation of two new hoop houses at our restaurant farm Tuk Muk Farm in Woodinville, WA. This dinner will ensure our produce needs for the restaurant will be met year round.Join the teams behind De La Soil, Copperworks Distilling & Tuk Muk Farm as we take you through a plated farm-to-table dinner highlighting the best produce the Sammamish Valley has to offer paired with a large selection of Copperworks Distilling hand crafted cocktails.This special 5 course dinner will give us a chance to gather one last time as a community before De La Soil opens its doors.Space is limited!
