    The Mt. Veeder Experience

    Our Mt. Veeder Experience brings you outdoors and up to 2,000-feet elevation to explore the birthplace of Mt. Brave wines. Winemaker Chris Carpenter crafts Mt. Brave bottlings entirely from grapes farmed organically on our Mt. Veeder site. This tour is an up-close immersion into the forces that define Mt. Veeder’s coveted terroir. In the Mayacamas Range at Napa Valley’s western edge, you will feel the cool mountain air, walk the volcanic soils, and deepen your understanding of how rugged the farming conditions are—and how rewarding the results can be. Your adventure begins at the Mt. Brave Overlook at the base of our high-altitude Malbec block, followed by a private seated tasting. Your host will personalize walking distances to suit your group. For a limited time, we are featuring a library tasting of our Mt. Brave Single Block Cabernet Sauvignon– bottled in only the best vintages. In addition to Mt. Brave releases, you may have the opportunity to sample wines hand-selected from Chris' broader portfolio. Please allow 90+ minutes for this experience.
