Soil Collective is a group of Chefs from Kansas City that are pooling their resources and dedicating their time to researching and exploring a new local cuisine, helping reduce food waste, feeding those in need and connecting farmers to restaurants and consumers. We are not only interested in telling the story of our region through the food that we serve but we also want to build a stronger community and we believe it starts with food.
